Medicine is no exception: research and clinic, those who teach and those who treat, must talk to each other so that knowledge is useful and does not remain a sterile academic exercise. Tiziana Urbani earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2023; with a career spanning more than three decades, I have accumulated extensive experience in nursing, developing soft skills in both management and nursing practices.
